Our inclusive program welcomes men and women seeking to reignite their passion for netball or pursue their own fitness goals.
We offer specialised one-on-one sessions and host fun tournaments, aiming for NSA accreditation and expanding our impact within the KZN province.
Services
League Games and Friendly Matches
We participate in various leagues and host friendly matches for both outdoor netball and indoor action netball. If you're looking to play competitively or just socially with some friends, we've got you covered!
Fun Day Tournaments
Engage in exciting and friendly competitions that bring together players of all skill levels in a supportive environment.
Umpire and Player Courses
Elevate your umpiring and player skills through expert-led courses designed to enhance your expertise.
One-on-One Training
Personalised coaching sessions tailored to individual needs to improve specific skills and techniques.
Our "YES" Days
Once a month we host a "YES Day" for all of our players which is dedicated to exposing our players to various other activities that align with our mission. These days include but are not limited to activities such as Padel, Gym Classes or Zumba.
Juniors and Seniors
Improve your skills and technique with our coaching services designed for different age groups, from juniors to adults. We cater to both female and male players at all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
